The Junior Woman's Club of Ridgewood
Membership is open to ALL women with an interest in and commitment to volunteerism.
Is membership a big commitment?
Members are encouraged to attend our monthly Club Day, Board Members share news about upcoming club events. In addition, each Juniors member is assigned to a committee to work on and is encouraged to fulfill their committee responsibilities to the best of their ability.

You will just need to fill out Our Membership Packet and send it back, that's it!

What are the committees?
Charity Liaison: Researches charities, as well as looks for ways to help members feel more connected with our charities.
Communications: Creates and distributes the monthly membership newsletter and notifies members via email of upcoming events and any important information the club needs to know. Coordinates babysitting for the afternoon luncheons.
Membership: Hosts membership drive receptions, sponsors new member social events and prepares the Club telephone directory.
Public Relations: Arranges media coverage of Club fundraising and social activities. Maintains the Club website.
Social: Organizes all Club social events (day & evening), including girls night outs; family events; the ever popular Mother/Daughter Tea and Progressive Dinner.
House Tour: Organizes the annual House Tour, our largest fundraising event of the year.
Volunteer Services: Sponsors community service activities, which in the past have included Meals on Wheels, Library on Wheels, a food drive and a book drive. Partners with Social Services of Ridgewood, provides support for 3-4 local families in need, including Thanksgiving baskets, holiday gifts, food vouchers and other family-specific needs.
Ways & Means: Organizes fundraising events, which in the past have included the Author Luncheon and Childrens Theatre.
